Qualifications

• BSN required; RN licensure in good standing.
• 5+ years of professional nursing practice in acute/ambulatory care.
• Minimum 2 years of lead/supervisory/management experience in nursing or health system.
• Licensure: Georgia RN license; eNLC compact license within 60 days for virtual care.
• BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on department.
• Demonstrated leadership in collaboration, diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop healthcare staff to achieve vision and goals.
• Oversee clinical and operational workflows for seamless patient care.
• Drive quality, safety, and compliance initiatives across the care continuum.
