Job summary

HealthPoint seeks a Nurse Manager to lead daily clinical operations in collaboration with the Triad Team. You will supervise RNs, LVNs, MAs and in-house lab staff, triage patients by phone or in person, and provide education and training to staff and patients.

You will drive quality improvement and ensure compliant, patient-centered care in alignment with HealthPoint policies. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Medical Director, you will monitor staffing, maintain records, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Experience supervising RNs, LVNs, MAs and in-house lab personnel.
• Proven ability to triage patients by phone or in person.
• Ability to develop and deliver staff education and training.
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication with medical leadership.
