Job summary

Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital is seeking an RN Manager to lead the Phoebe Care Command Center, overseeing staffing, budgeting and planning while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will supervise multiple roles within the center and guide performance in utilization management, bed management, and transfer coordination.

You will work with the Director and VP of Patient Logistics to align clinical practice with hospital strategy and to educate staff on EMTALA and related program functions.

Qualifications

• 4-year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an Associates Degree in Nursing and 4 years of related experience (Required)
• Master's degree (Preferred)
• 2 years of healthcare logistics experience (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license (Required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee Phoebe Care Command Center operations including staffing, budgeting and planning.
• Supervise RN Access Care Manager Team Lead and Patient Logistics Team Leaders and other center roles.
• Ensure utilization management, bed management, and transfer coordination meet EMTALA and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Director, VP of Patient Logistics, and Chief Care Coordination Officer to align strategy and education.
