Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Associates Degree in Nursing with 4 years related experience accepted in lieu of Bachelor's.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 2 years of healthcare logistics experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely bed assignment and inpatient registration from all admission sources.
• Oversee centralized transfer processes for timely, safe patient transfers.
• Supervise RN Access Care Manager Team Lead and Patient Logistics Team Leaders and other Care Command roles.
• Educate on EMTALA, regulatory requirements, and care coordination across programs.
• Develop and monitor metrics for bed management and transfer center performance.
