Hudson Regional Health in Secaucus is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab to provide strategic and operational leadership for the invasive cardiovascular department. The role blends clinical mastery with financial oversight and HR responsibilities, operating as a working manager.

You will oversee daily lab activities, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate staffing, training, and regulatory readiness, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license (current).
• BSN required; MSN/Healthcare Administration a plus.
• 3–5 years clinical Cath Lab/ICU/high-acuity care experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role (charge nurse/supervisor/manager).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight of the Cath Lab to maximize utilization and patient safety.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee department budgeting, purchasing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DOH and The Joint Commission, monitor KPIs and quality metrics.
