• Must pass a medication administration exam; CPR certification upon hire.
• SAMA training including restraint and seclusion within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the clinical practice of nursing and all services in the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure coordinated delivery of patient care in line with standards of care and hospital policy.
• Lead nursing operations and participate in the on-call rotation outside regular hours.
