Job summary

Riveredge Hospital in Forest Park, IL seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager (full-time, day shift) to lead the Behavioral Health unit and uphold high standards of patient care. You will report to the Director of Nursing and guide a multidisciplinary team in a 210-bed psychiatric facility.

Must hold an IL nursing license, have inpatient psychiatric experience, and show at least 2 years of supervisory leadership. Pediatric patient care readiness is required, with opportunities for professional

• BS Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Must be open and available to work with pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations in Behavioral Health unit and ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain compliance with JCAHO, CMS, OSHA and hospital competencies.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and CNO to shape patient milieu and care standards.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Riveredge Hospital.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer maintaining compliance with all Hospital annual competencies as well as CPR, and designated protective intervention program. Thoroughly understands the management of the patient milieu including age specific and cultural requirements and has knowledge of JCAHO, CMS, OSHA regulations and all other relevant state and federal regulatory standards.
