Naperville Surgical Centre in Naperville, IL, part of SCA Health, seeks an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead the Nursing Department in a high-quality outpatient setting.

This role requires an Illinois RN license, nursing leadership experience, and a commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety. The center offers a collaborative environment, modern facilities, and opportunities to drive improvements in care.

Formación

• Current Illinois RN license.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgery center, operating room, PACU, or perioperative services.
• BSN degree.
• CNOR or other relevant clinical certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department.
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant patient care from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor staffing, workflow, and resource utilization to ensure operational excellence.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing team members.
