Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Two years' acute care nursing experience preferred.
• One year leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs activities of nursing and ancillary personnel.
• Schedules, leads, and coordinates daily unit activities on assigned shift.
• Collaborates with physicians and department leaders to ensure efficient clinical operations.
• Sets goals for patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Directs rounds with health team members to plan and adjust patient care.
