Hampton Behavioral Health Center in Westampton Township, NJ, seeks a Nurse Manager to oversee patient care on assigned units with 24/7 coverage. The role reports to the DON and focuses on ensuring high-quality nursing care and staff supervision.
Responsibilities include collaboration with medical staff, open communication, and guiding performance improvement, hiring, and staff development to sustain excellent patient outcomes.
Hampton Behavioral Health Center offers unparalleled inpatient and outpatient treatment for adolescents, adults, dually diagnosed adults (mental health and addiction issues) and older adults. Understanding the diverse needs of our patients, we also offer Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Our main campus is centrally located in Westampton Township, New Jersey, and houses our 120-bed inpatient facility as well as Hampton Counseling Center, providing Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) services. Hampton Counseling Center’s satellite outpatient locations are located in Cherry Hill and Camden County.

This is a full-time position for a Nurse Manager. Hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Under the supervision of the DON the nurse manager will be responsible for the management of patient care on assigned unit(s) to ensure optimum quality patient care is provided by nursing staff on a 24 hour basis.
