Job summary

Concierge Home Care seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead in-office home health operations in Sarasota, FL. You will supervise care, ensure documentation compliance, and uphold agency policies to drive quality outcomes.

The role offers a generous salary based on experience plus quarterly bonuses and additional pay-per-visit opportunities for field work. You’ll leverage WellSky EMR and AI tools to streamline documentation and support clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of two years RN experience in acute care/med-surg/ICU/ER (preferred).
• At least one year of skilled home health with Medicare OASIS documentation (required).
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance, and quality standards.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
• Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.

• Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.
