Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for efficient, safe, and compassionate nursing care while supporting leadership and strategic planning on the unit.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the Clinical Manager on performance improvement initiatives, monitoring staff competencies, and ensuring adherence to nursing processes and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Two years in clinical nursing practice; one year in leadership or charge role preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment; certification in area of specialty within 6 months of eligibility is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and allocate resources to promote efficient, effective, safe and compassionate nursing care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to improve outcomes through PI initiatives.
• Ensure nursing process is utilized in care delivery and supervise unit staff performance.
