The role partners with hospital leadership to plan and implement process improvements, coordinate resources, and promote professional nursing practice in alignment with organizational mission and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
• Three years clinical acute care RN experience.
• One year management experience.
• Current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing and scheduling for unit(s) 24/7.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., TJC, Medicare, OSHA).
• Develop and implement policies for nursing care and improve processes.
