Dove Healthcare is seeking licensed nurses (RN or LPN) to join the St. Croix Falls team. You will oversee patient care, direct nursing staff, and administer medications in a home-like setting.

The position offers full-time, part-time, or casual shifts with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and education assistance.

Qualificações

• Current licensure in Wisconsin as RN or LPN.
• Ability to work every other weekend (full and part-time positions).

Responsabilidades

• As a nurse, oversee patient care through directing and supervising nursing staff, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA.
• Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
• Observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition.
• Help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.
