Job summary

Dove Healthcare is seeking licensed nurses (RN or LPN) to join the St. Croix Falls team. You will oversee patient care, direct nursing staff, and administer medications in a home-like setting.

As a nurse, you will:

• oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNA)
• provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
• observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
• help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment

Required Qualifications:

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• ability to work every other weekend (full and part‑time positions)
