King County's Downtown Public Health Clinic Leadership team seeks a nurse leader to oversee the Pathways Clinic, serving vulnerable populations with harm-reduction models and low-barrier care. The role emphasizes program management, QA, and collaboration with UW Residents/Fellows across sites.

Ideal candidate has strong public health clinical experience, leadership, and a track record in quality improvement; reporting to the Area Manager with travel across King County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a graduate level nursing degree (MSN, DNP or PhD) from an accredited nursing school.
• Washington State RN license in good standing.
• Washington State Driver's License in good standing.
• Current BLS-CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• Experience in opiate disorder programs, care coordination, public health, and/or community-based health programs.
• Experience supervising or leading staff in healthcare/public health.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff at a Public Health Center, including hiring, evaluations, training, and discipline.
• Provide support and training on reflection, trauma-informed care, and reducing secondary trauma.
• Collaborate with the community and agencies to assess needs and implement Pathways Clinic goals.
• Coordinate schedules for UW Residents/Fellows.
• Perform QA/QI activities to ensure clinical service quality.
• Collaborate with lead physician on patient workflow and care team supervision.
• Work with program management on funding, data, and performance measures.
