Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Two years acute care nursing experience is preferred.
• One year's leadership experience is preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front line nurses and staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Schedule and coordinate daily unit activities and staffing.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to meet goals and satisfaction.
• Monitor clinical processes and outcomes with audits and data.
