Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Administrative House Supervisor to provide hospital-wide operational and clinical leadership across assigned shifts.

You will support nursing teams, coordinate resources, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence in patient care. The role requires: California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (PALS optional), strong staffing plan development, and the ability to supervise Charge Nurses, RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and mental health workers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of nursing experience with 1 year in a leadership role in a hospital.
• Active, current RN licensure in the State of California.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe, patient-centered care throughout the facility.
• Serve as administrative authority for all departments in absence of hospital administration.
• Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to patient care concerns, emergencies, and operational issues as needed.
• Develop staffing plans based on patient acuity, census, and available resources.
• Supervise Charge Nurses, RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and Mental Health Workers; contribute to hiring, onboarding, evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions.
