Job summary

Astrana Health Management seeks an experienced RN Administrative House Supervisor to lead hospital operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts at our Tustin location. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure safe patient care, and serve as the administrative leader in the absence of hospital leadership.

The role requires at least three years of nursing experience with leadership in a hospital, active California RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of nursing experience with leadership in a hospital setting.
• Active, current RN licensure in California (CA).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure delivery of safe, patient-centered care across the facility.
• Serve as administrative authority for all departments in the absence of hospital leadership.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to patient care concerns, emergencies, and operational issues as needed.
• Develop and implement staffing plans based on patient acuity and census.
• Supervise nursing staff and participate in hiring, onboarding, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
