Elizabeth's New Life Center is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead nursing operations at our Women’s Centers in Ohio. The role requires directing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an Ohio RN license, current BLS, and at least three years of clinical nursing plus one year of supervisory experience. Strong EMR skills and excellent communication are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• RN licensure in Ohio is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory leadership.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing nursing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and workflow within the Women's Centers.
