Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire or transfer.
• 1 year of demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 background clearances required.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the patient care department under the Nurse Manager.
• Promote professional development; conduct quarterly staff check-ins.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and develop unit quality plans.
• Monitor patient safety and implement evidence-based nursing practices.
• Oversee budget and financial performance; optimize resources.
• Foster staff mentoring, coaching, and education.
