Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an experienced registered nurse in a leadership role to direct and provide professional nursing care across the patient care process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• PA RN licensure or eNLC eligible.
• Preferred: BSN and 3 years in clinical specialty.
• Previous supervisory experience and specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinates the daily clinical and operational components of the unit.
• Oversees data collection related to quality and patient satisfaction measures.
• Mentors staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and productive operations.
