Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (CCSU) in Grosse Pointe. This leadership role focuses on implementing unit goals, coordinating patient care, and supporting a high-performing nursing team.

The position requires BSN, an active MI RN license, and 2+ years in critical care, with leadership experience preferred. BLS and ACLS are required, with a 40-hour week and night shift in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the nurse manager, ensure effective implementation of hospital and nursing department goals and policies on the unit.
• Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and unit operations for the CCSU.
• Foster interdisciplinary teamwork, patient safety, and evidence-based practice on the unit.
