• Collaborates with nursing leaders to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement standards of care.
• Coordinates patient care teams and ensures effective communication with physicians and staff.
• Educates and mentors staff and health care students in clinical practice and standards of care.
• Supports unit evidence‑based practice research and quality management initiatives.
