Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality care and efficient use of resources across the hospital. The role involves coordinating with the Staffing Office, physicians and co-workers to maintain patient flow and bed management, while modeling professional standards and servant leadership.

The Clinical Supervisor leads by example, mentors staff, and promotes change in line with Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS/ALS and ENPC or PALS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care while meeting productivity and financial goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and administration to improve processes.
• Maintain appropriate staffing to provide patient care and manage bed flow.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and accountability to care providers.
