Job summary

Clearway Pain is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing services. The role involves mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining regulatory compliance across the facility.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree, 3 years RN experience with at least 1 year in an administrative role, and active ACLS/BLS and Infection Preventionist certifications.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ RN experience, with at least one (1) year in an administrative nursing role.
• Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications on current record.
• Infection Preventionist certification is required.
• Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Mentor and train nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain documentation for facility reporting and surgical logs.
• Manage equipment maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
