Job summary

California Pain is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to coordinate clinical operations at our Pain Management ASC, providing leadership across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU, guiding nursing staff and collaborating with physicians to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The role requires an active RN license, 2–3 years of perioperative or pain management experience, BLS/ACLS, and strong communicative and documentation skills; PALS preferred. Join a team dedicated to patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily clinical workflow, patient flow, and staffing across Pre-Op, Procedure Rooms, and PACU.
• Lead nursing staff and coordinate with physicians and anesthesia providers to ensure ASC operations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, ASC policies, and patient safety standards.
• Mentor staff, onboarding, competencies, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate readiness of ASC supplies, equipment, and emergency drugs; incident management.
