Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Registered Nurse License required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of best practice models across locations.
• Oversee patient care delivery systems and practice standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, outside providers, and health care teams to ensure safe patient care.
• Monitor resource needs and ensure appropriate staff deployment.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; manage equipment, supplies, and medications.
