Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer or patient service experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
• Registered Nurse license (Georgia) required at hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One year of project/program management or implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities, builds cross-functional relationships, and mentors team members.
• Supervises daily activities of the designated work unit, ensures policy adherence, and coordinates resources.
• Oversees ambulatory operations to support patient care, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
• Ensures standardized care delivery across large/complex work streams and monitors outcomes.
• Drives improvements to patient-centered operations and technology processes through strategic projects.
