Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Arizona State Board of Nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum two years of ambulatory or acute care nursing experience.
• Proficient with record-keeping systems and data analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with a Patient Management System.
• Knowledge of HRSA, Joint Commission, OSHA and regulatory standards.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to travel between health centers with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, triage, medication administration, treatments, immunizations, and patient education.
• Coordinate care for high-risk patients and those with chronic conditions.
• Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Medical Assistants and staff.
• Support vaccine storage/administration oversight and regulatory readiness.
