American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) for Hickory Creek Rochester in Indiana. The ADNS oversees nursing practice, develops and maintains policies, and ensures alignment with federal/state laws and corporate policies, in coordination with the Director of Nursing Services.

The role requires an Indiana RN license or the ability to obtain one, and a strong commitment to CARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities
