Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Hickory Creek at Sunset is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS). The ADNS assumes delegated responsibility for resident care, works with the Director of Nursing Services to develop, communicate, and maintain nursing policies, and ensures practice aligns with federal and state laws and corporate policies.

The role requires Indiana RN license, graduate of an accredited school of nursing, and a commitment to the CARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and maintain nursing policies and procedures reflecting current clinical practice, standards, and policies.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and corporate policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
