American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (RN) at Hickory Creek in Crawfordsville to oversee resident care in a long-term care setting. The role collaborates with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure high clinical standards and policy compliance.

The ADNS will develop and communicate nursing policies reflecting current practice and company philosophy, while mentoring clinical staff and maintaining strong relations with residents and families.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family, customers and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for resident care per nursing standards.
• Develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and company policies.
