American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (RN) at Hickory Creek in Crawfordsville to lead clinical operations in a long-term care setting.

The role requires Indiana RN licensure (or ability to obtain) and a proven track record in nursing leadership, staff development, and regulatory compliance within a care-focused environment. You will work closely with the DNS to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• Experience in long term care / skilled nursing setting required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures reflecting current practice and standards.
• Assumes delegated responsibility for resident care in coordination with the Director of Nursing Services.
