Job summary

The incumbent will lead staffing, scheduling, development, quality, and safety programs, and act as a nursing clinical expert ensuring adherence to the nursing process in patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English written and spoken language for direct patient care.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program meeting VA requirements.
• Current, full, active RN license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Vascular Access Team and clinics.
• Support 24/7 mobile vascular access team and clinic flow.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, quality and safety initiatives.
