Job summary
Women's Vascular Summit seeks an ANM to oversee daily operations of the Vascular Access Team and related clinics in the United States. The role includes supporting a 24/7 mobile vascular access team, patient coordination, and collaboration with providers to run Centers of Excellence.
The position requires an RN license, ADN/BSN/MSN degrees, and leadership experience in nursing operations, staffing, and safety. Clinical supervision and adherence to VA requirements are essential.
Qualifications
- Requires English proficiency for direct patient care per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with ACEN/CCNE accreditation or equivalent
- State licensure as a registered nurse upon appointment
- Option for GNT/temporary appointment while pursuing licensure when applicable
- Foreign education must be validated for equivalency to US standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Vascular Access Team and related clinics
- Support a 24/7 mobile vascular access team and patient flow coordination
- Lead staffing, scheduling, development, quality and safety initiatives
- Provide or supervise direct patient care as a clinical nursing expert
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs
