Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group seeks a Registered Nurse, Nurse Lead to provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Director, physicians, and staff. You will supervise nursing and ancillary personnel using professional discretion to ensure safe, cost-effective care and high patient satisfaction while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, quality improvement, and fostering patient- and family-centered care with attention to cultural diversity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• RN licensure in state of practice is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• CPR certification may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership in clinical services.
• Supervises and directs unit personnel.
• Initiates and coordinates care plans with health team members, patients and families.
• Directs and monitors performance of patient care activities for quality and safety.
• Participates in patient care as needed and supports patient and family centered care.
