Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting in California. The RN will assess patients and develop care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state, current BLS/CPR certification, strong communication and teamwork skills, and acute care experience. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure quality patient care
