Qualifications

• English proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active state licensure.
• Eligibility for nursing license upon graduation and bridge program options.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across units and services.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and procedures per policy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Support patient education, self-management, and flow of admissions/discharges.
• Act as a nursing administrator/supervisor during shifts as needed.
