MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Nurse Intern for the Neuro Trauma Recovery Stroke Unit, 5N, in Cleveland. The intern will work with RNs, LPNs, PCNAs, providers, social workers, and interdisciplinary teams to support stroke rehabilitation and orthopedics care.

The role requires enrollment in an accredited nursing program, completion of fundamentals, and active clinical rotations. Eligible to continue in the position up to 6 months after graduation, with Basic Life Support

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Completed fundamentals of nursing.
• Currently registered in clinical rotations.
• Eligibility to continue in the position is a maximum of 6 months upon graduating from nursing school.
