Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care within scope under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs, hygiene assistance, and patient comfort.
• Communicate effectively with care team, including handoffs and shift reports.
• Develop clinical skills by asking questions and applying evidence-based practices under an RN guidance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment meeting safety standards.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge.
• Perform hourly rounding and provide purposeful patient interactions.
• Document tasks and observations clearly and timely.
• Uphold excellent customer service with patients, families, and departments.
