Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program.
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program.
• 0–1 year of experience in a healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice, including vital signs and comfort measures.
• Communicates with care team during handoffs and bedside shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills under RN guidance and applies evidence-based practices.
• Maintains a clean and organized patient environment meeting safety standards.
• Assists with basic equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge.
• Performs hourly rounding and fosters therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and timely per policies.
• Upholds excellent customer service with patients and families.
• Performs other duties and maintains regular attendance.
