Genesis HealthCare in the United States seeks a Nurse Instructor to lead and mentor CNA training, developing a comprehensive program and ensuring high-quality education for nursing assistants.

You will supervise students, coordinate curriculum, and participate in orientation initiatives. A nursing degree with teaching experience and BLS/CPR certification are required, with the role located on-site at a long-term care facility.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience in nursing.
• Experience teaching adult students or supervising nurse aides.
• Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CPR certification required per State-specific requirements.

Mansioni

• Plan, develop, teach and coordinate the certified nursing assistant training program.
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing assistant students.
• Direct and/or assist in development and implementation of nurse aide training program orientation/mentoring.
• Round in all patient/resident care areas to ensure quality nursing assistant services.
