Role Description

The Nurse Injector is a full-time, on-site role based in Middleton, WI. This role is responsible for performing injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, reviewing medical histories, developing treatment plans, and educating clients on procedures, risks, and post-care instructions. The Nurse Injector will accurately document treatments, maintain compliance with regulatory and clinic policies, and collaborate closely with the medical director and aesthetic team. Additional responsibilities include supporting other clinical services as needed, maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with aesthetic best practices.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Wisconsin; prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in injectable procedures (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) with strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety principles.
• Excellent client communication and education skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations, set realistic expectations, and deliver a positive patient experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and infection control skills, with attention to detail and adherence to clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, manage a consistent schedule, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.
• Comfort with learning new technologies and techniques; commitment to ongoing professional development and training in aesthetic medicine.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records; experience with cosmetic photography and treatment planning tools is a plus.
