Role Description

The Nurse Injector role is a full-time, on-site position based in Glenview and Lake Forest, IL. This role is responsible for performing injectable aesthetic treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, obtaining medical histories, developing treatment plans, and educating clients on procedures, risks, and aftercare. The Nurse Injector will perform injections, document treatments accurately, monitor client outcomes, and support follow-up care. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and compliant treatment environment, collaborating with the medical director and clinical team, and participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and stay aligned with current aesthetic practices.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Illinois.
• Experience with cosmetic injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) and a strong interest in medical aesthetics.
• Solid clinical assessment skills and the ability to create safe, individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and client education skills, with a professional and empathetic bedside manner.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build long-term client relationships.
• Comfort with using electronic medical records and basic computer applications in a clinical setting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including training in new products, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is preferred but not required.
