Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on options, risks, benefits, aftercare, and maintenance.
  • Document clinical notes and take before/after photos as required.
  • Provide follow-up care and address patient questions or concerns.
  • Recognize potential complications and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Participate in continuing education and hands-on training.

We are looking for a experienced, talented, personable, and motivated Nurse Injector to join our growing medical team.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Injector, you will provide personalized aesthetic consultations and treatments while creating an exceptional experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing aesthetic consultations and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers within your training, competency, and scope of practice
  • Assessing facial anatomy and recommending treatments that create natural, balanced results
  • Educating patients about treatment options, expectations, risks, benefits, aftercare, and maintenance
  • Taking appropriate before-and-after photographs and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Providing thoughtful follow-up care and addressing patient questions or concerns
  • Recognizing and appropriately responding to potential complications
  • Building lasting relationships with patients through trust, consistency, and excellent care
  • Recommending complementary aesthetic treatments and professional skincare when appropriate
  • Maintaining knowledge of current treatments, products, techniques, and industry developments
  • Participating in continuing education and hands-on training
  • Collaborating with other providers and team members to provide an outstanding overall patient experience
  • Participating in practice events, promotions, educational content, and other growth initiatives as appropriate
Requirements

Required qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted professional nursing license appropriate for the position
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Commitment to patient safety and ethical aesthetic medicine
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous medical aesthetics experience
  • Experience administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy
  • Experience conducting aesthetic consultations and creating comprehensive treatment plans
  • Experience with laser, energy-based, or skin-rejuvenation treatments is a plus
  • Existing patient following is a plus, but not required
