• Perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, and other advanced skin rejuvenation procedures
• Conduct an in-depth medical history and construct a tailored plan according to the client's needs
• Educate clients on various aesthetic treatments, product options, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment
• Manage client consultations, communicate effectively about treatment plans, and address any questions or concerns
• Engage in social media management by promoting services and sharing client success stories to grow the practice's online presence

Requirements

• Licensed nurse, NP, or Physician Assistant with prior experience in aesthetic injection administration and cosmetic procedures is preferred
• Proven expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other non-invasive aesthetic techniques
• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate appointments and maintain detailed client records
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Experience working in the beauty industry or medical spa setting is highly preferred
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously while managing multiple clients efficiently
