Qualifications

Licensed RN, NP, or PA with current Illinois license.
Experience with cosmetic injectables ( neuromodulators, dermal fillers ).
Strong clinical assessment and ability to create safe treatment plans.
Excellent communication and client education skills.
Attention to documentation, safety, and infection control.
Collaborative with multidisciplinary team and patient relationships.
Experience with EMR and basic computer apps.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Prior medical spa/dermatology/plastics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform injectable aesthetic treatments following protocols and safety standards.
Conduct patient consultations and obtain medical histories.
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate on procedures and aftercare.
Accurately document treatments and monitor client outcomes.
Support follow-up care and maintain a clean, compliant environment.
Collaborate with medical director and clinical team; participate in ongoing training.
