North Shore Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Informatics Manager to lead nursing informatics projects, coordinate applications, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize EMR use. The role emphasizes system implementation, training, and continuous improvement within a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably a master’s in IT or business, with strong leadership and budgeting capabilities.

Formación

• Minimum of five years total between clinical and informatics experience.
• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, computer science, information systems technology, or related discipline (Required).
• Current, valid license as a Registered Nurse in state of primary work local.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates Nursing Informatics projects and evaluates requests, analyses information, and presents to committees.
• Serves as a facility resource in the use of clinical information systems and maintains system knowledge.
• Proactively assesses clinical workflows, defines process changes, and develops future workflows for new solutions.
• Shares application tips with clinicians to improve workflow efficiency and supports customization of applications.
