Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.
• Experience leading projects, workflow redesign, or quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical liaison between nursing, providers, admin and IT teams.
• Provide strategic leadership for clinical information systems and technology initiatives.
• Participate in organizational strategic planning related to healthcare technology.
• Chair or facilitate governance committees for informatics, EHR, AI, and technology.
• Develop vendor relationships and promote continuous improvement.
• Lead ongoing assessment and optimization of EHR workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Develop documentation standards, order sets, care plans, and CDS tools.
• Monitor system utilization and adoption metrics.
• Lead projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Design training materials and coordinate end-user training for new systems.
• Promote adoption of standardized workflows and evidence-based practice.
